Our Team

Twentyfifty is a network of environmental professionals in south Florida and the Caribbean.

Our base is the coastal, resort town of Naples, Florida, and we have project and academic links throughout south Florida, The Bahamas and Caribbean.  We have a growing advisory board with decades of experience in environmental operations, education and sustainability issues. Twentyfifty is a certified woman-owned business.

Twentyfifty was founded by Cloe Waterfield, a marine scientist with over fifteen years experience in the environmental arena of south Florida and The Bahamas. Cloe is a biologist (specializing in tropical marine habitats and the flora of The Bahamas), educator (for private, non-profit and public organizations, with all age groups) and consultant and has completed dozens of technical reports and impact assessments. She holds a BS and MS in Marine Biology. She was recognized by the American Association of University Women as a 2012 ‘Woman of Achievement.’
